A look back at the lodge from the child play area of the outdoor water park shows that most of the framing on the first floor of the west half of King’s Pointe has been completed. You can also see the opening of where the Regatta Grille will be framed currently in the red steel beams.

The framers have begun work on the wood framing of the west half of the facility including the area for the convention facilities, lobby, and kitchen areas.

Most of the widows and patio doors are now installed on the north and south sides of the King’s Pointe Resort. Additionally, the second floor on the west half of the building is going up.

Crews have begun pouring the concrete floors in the basement level of the west half of the lodge building. This section will house the maintenance components and mechanical systems of the resort.

Crews have begun putting up sheet rock in the hallway of the second floor of the resort on the west side. The orange piping shown in this picture is the fire suppression system piping that has been installed.
