It's Open!! As of August 29, King's Pointe Waterpark and the Regatta Grille are officially open to the public. We hope you can visit soon. Thanks to the 1000+ people who attended the ribbon cutting. A landmark event in the history of Storm Lake and Buena Vista County.

Numerous construction details need to be completed to achieve a 'completed product'. Contractors will be working on these over the coming weeks.

Erection of the playground equipment is nearly complete. The concrete base and all weather surface are yet to be installed. Progress continues on the beach wall and steps.

Within the next few weeks you will see the steel superstructure of the lighthouse begin to appear.
